Hotel Corallo has 35 bedrooms and suites, some enjoying a private terrace with a breathtaking sea view, and others boasting a balcony overlooking at the characteristic Spanish Tower.

The hotel was opened in 1964 as a small restaurant, and for 40 years it has been developed and modernized. Last year, it was completely refurbished. This is now the 3rd generation to guaranty a personal and friendly atmosphere.

Food & beverage

The restaurant offers Sardinian and Italian cuisine with the highest quality products and an original touch of international creativity. The executive chef Angelo Pittui proposes a daily menu with a large range of succulent dishes, which include fish, meat and vegetarian dishes.

Moreover, every week, Angelo organises a traditional Sardinian evening, which offers guests an opportunity to taste some of the traditional Sardinian delicacies like roasted suckling pig. Dinner can be accompanied by some of the best local red wines such as the famous Cannonau, Nepente or Turriga.

Dinner is usually served on the panoramic terrace.

Area information

Isola Rossa is situated on the northern west coast of Sardinia, between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura. This part of the coast is particularly unspoilt and the small village has preserved its original fashion, with tiny houses and red rocks.

The coast is one creek coming after the other, with pink granite rocks overlooking the cobalt blue water. Costa Paradiso, renowned for the quality of its sea and its diving opportunities, is located in the same area. Isola Rossa is the perfect spot for a holiday in Sardinia.
