Area information

There is plenty to see and do in the region surrounding the hotel; from visiting the centre of Faenza and its famous ceramics museum, to enjoying bicycle rides through the beautiful surrounding countryside. The nearby city of Ravenna is well worth a visit, as are the charming ancient medieval towns of Brisighella and Dozza. There are various culinary and wine tasting tours in the region, most of them focusing on the Strade dei vini e dei sapori (Roads of Wines and Tastes) which runs through Faenza’s hills. Strade dei vini e dei sapori is the name for the collection of routes in and around Italy that lead to and through the major regional food and wine production areas. Alternatively, you could visit the region’s famous spa resorts in Riolo Terme and Castrocaro or, for something more active, you could play golf on the adjacent golf course or on the nearby greens in Castel San Pietro, Riolo Terme, Cervia and Forli.
