Hotel Residence Zust faces Lake Maggiore, 1.5 km from Verbania Intra town centre. The swimming pool, private beach and car park are all completely free.

Hotel Zust's large garden is home to a children's playground as well as a pool bar and large pool overlooking the lake. Deckchairs and umbrellas are provided free here. You can reach the private beach via an underpass.

Kids have their own indoor playroom at Hotel Residence Zust too. Inside the main building you will also find reception, conference rooms and the bar. The hotel features an internet point and Wi-Fi available in the business centre.

Please note that for apartments, a deposit of 150 EUR is required at check-in. The deposit is refunded at check-out, following confirmation that no damage has been done to the property.

Guests must clean the apartment before departure, otherwise they can request a final cleaning service, at extra costs. For apartments, linen is changed once a week.

Please note that the pool will be available from 28 April 2012 until 16 September 2012. The pool bar will be open from mid-June until the first week of September. A bathing cap is required for swimming.
